So I took this "voice" and put it in a program and reversed it and sped it up. It's clearly someone with a foreign accent speaking. It's still jumbled but it says things like:
"Your time has come."
"...going to make you pay."
"you have no chance."
"your time has come."
"...going to make you pay.
"you have no chance."
"time to run"

I cant believe we are the only ones that were scared over this. The voices are so ghostly and real that we couldnt stand to listen to it. I guess you have to experience the real thing for it to seem legit.

It doesn't look scary to me at all. It simply looks like the sound has been distored via editing and if you follow the tracking of the video camera, you can clearly see that the 'ghost' was the camera man wearing a plastic mask.
