Hey Guys! This video is from Hidden Realms. I like the way they slowed it down and gave a close up. It might still be dust, but it seems like it might be more than that. Doesn't act like an insect, either.

Hi .I spent last evening in Lupton house and I ahd total freedom to roam (did ask)I used normal digi cam plus my night scope but so far got nothing..Aha ! but at the entrance by the big oak I did get an 'Orbe'..although I do not believe all orbs are spooky stuff. I ahve seen the same in sharkham pint mine and thems where rushing towards me..they where..insects..honestly..I am not saying I do not believe in the exostance of orbs as spook devices..but I am saying..be carefull how you say thems was spooks..sometime they izznt...Always look for another explanation....Dave B.

It might be debris, of course. If I had to rationalise it then the most logical explanation is that it may well be a spider's web that drifted past close to the camera. A couple of the group members did smoke but all of that was conducted outside so the chance that it might have been the wrapping from one of their cigarette packets is slim. The anomaly itself is drifting towards where the main (and only open) entrance is so if a breeze had caught it then logic would suggest it would be floating in the opposite direction (i.e. away from the door). The building itself is completely empty of everything bar a big statue of Lord Rollo in the entrance hall where that video was recorded. I'm not saying it is, but ya know what it looks like to me? it looks like someones cigarette cellophane floating by. Again, i'm not saying thats what i think it is, just that it resembles one caught in a slight breeze from right to left as it falls to the floor. The flight pattern seems to be like something very light, papery, translucent and semi reflective caught in a breeze.

The only way you get light refractions is if there is a light source being shone directly at the camcorder, otherwise how can one appear? You can't see any torchlight being shone into shot when the anomaly appears. If it was a refraction then the light would be constant and sweeping, yet the way that it flickers says that it's something solid that's reflecting the IR beam from the camcorder back into it. It might be debris, it might be anything. I'm not claiming that it's paranormal, just that I don't know what it could be. It definitely isn't a cat or any other animal though.

I think these people are determined to call and spurious light "anomalie". From what I have seen, all they have observed is each other's torch beams and reflections of each other's torch beams.

The only flying insects there that I've seen are down in the basement. Horrible, huge moths! However, if it was a flying bug then surely you'd see the wings flapping as it flew past? It is the flight pattern that intrigues me most due to its stuttering nature. If it was a piece of dust or something caught in a movement of air then wouldn't the flight pattern be a lot more smooth and fluid? Lupton House is a very dusty place and we've captured a lot of dust 'orbs' on the cameras inside. This is completely different.

We thought it looked like an animal, like the head of a dog. The place is fully locked up and abandoned - no animals (apart from the occasional bat and spider.... eurgh!) are in that building.

Again, the camera was placed on a table that was hard against the wall - no space for me to get beside, just to the side. And surely if a piece of glass was slipped in front of the lens there'd be a reflection of... oh, I don't know... the IR light source perhaps? Or the camera lens itself? You have to look at it logically - is there anything whatsoever to suggest that a piece of glass was slipped in front of the camera? You'd see the edge sliding past. I know that there's a LOT of fake ghost videos out there but the anomaly on our video was not artifically created. I personally am not saying that it's paranormal but for me it is unexplainable pending experimenting with various things.

Yeah, whoever that dude was who left on the right side, could have easily went behind. Peice of glass in front of the lens, makes a nice lil reflection. And how do we know it was up against the wall? No evidence proves that, which means you could have went behind. But im not callin you a liar, im just sayin that people do lie in order to prove their point ya know? But uhh, yeah, real scary lookin house though

Glad you like it. We don't know what it could be, but dust, light refractions, insects etc have been effectively ruled out.
