I totally agree with the person who wrote the first comment......NO ELECTRICITY means you CAN NOT get ELECTROCUTED!Any person with common sense would know that.....DUH!!!So nice try, but it's completely and totally IMPOSSIBLE!

WTF. Didn't you just say the electricity was turned off? How do you get electrocuted from a wire that has NO ELECTRICITY RUNNING THROUGH IT?
