Sighting from the Corner of My Eye

My mom took this picture with her camera phone.. I sent it to my email and saved it to the computer.. We thought it was the scariest thing ever. we dont know what to make of it. all we know is we see three people in the picture. The one in the middle is really visible and you can see it really well.

My mom saw something run behind the couch from the corner of her eye. She decided to take a picture with her phone and this is what came up.
