Is This the Ghost of My Mom?

Back on September 1, 2009, I had found out that my mother had died in a fatal car accident in Michigan. I am in the military and I am from Washington. So I had to travel by plane to get there.
I arrived in Michigan and did all the funeral arrangements etc. I was there for about a week and I had some interesting things happen. First off, I was webcam-chatting with my girlfriend, and had the screen up of me talking. Now there was a bright overhead light behind me you could clearly see in the cam window.
About 15 minutes into the conversation, something had gone by the light, totally blacked it out. The next thing that happened was my mom had a dog named "Baby," half pit/half black lab. She loved this dog as it was a rescue from someone throwing it out of the window of a car. Anyways, I was sitting at the living room chair, and out of nowhere the dog started barking at the corner of the room, right by the entrance to the kitchen. There was nothing there, the wind chimes started chiming inside, but the windows were closed, so there wasn't a breeze.
So here it is a few months later, back in Washington, and now I am starting to feel like I am being watched, feelings of dread. On occasion, I will here some really odd noises, but only when I am trying to sleep. A few nights ago, this was really starting to bug me, so my girlfriend and I decided to set up my webcam to record when we go to sleep. Unfortunately, I could only record up to 2 hours, because that's the max limit it would let it go.
So upon analysis the next day, I could hear some strange noises, kinda like shuffling. I also believe I caught what appeared to be feet walking from the center of the screen to the bottom left of the screen. I also caught an EVP. I couldn't make out what it said, but it kinda sounded like "What?"
Now for the reason I believe this might be my mom.
When I was in Michigan, making the funeral arrangements, the person that worked at the funeral home handed me a couple of pouches of my mom's belongings which she had on her when she passed. Items of which were jewelry, and some cash. I know for a fact that my mother was seriously attached to her jewelry, most of which is Black Hills gold that came from my late grandmother. I also have a baby grandfather clock that both my grandmother and mom were extremely attached to.
