Haunted Hotels: The Emily Morgan Hotel

I was visiting San Antonio, Texas with my mom, dad, and my friend, Eric in June of 2009. I always had a huge interest in ghosts ever since I was little and I always wanted to see one.
When we checked into the Emily Morgan Hotel it was beautiful and it felt like a warm and safe place to be in. We stayed on the top floor of the hotel. When we first entered the room, I felt a sad presence, a sense of loneliness and disappointment. The night soon ended and we all went to bed.
I woke up to hear what sounded like a hospital gurney wheeling across the floor with what sounded like tools on it and it was outside my room. I opened the door and no one was there. I assumed it was a janitor, so I went to bed. The next morning Eric and I went down one level to get some ice and we stepped out of the elevator and saw what looked like a patient of a hospital wearing a hospital gown.
It was an older woman who was crying very loudly, like someone had passed away in her family. We went down to the lobby and asked if someone could help this elderly woman on the 10th floor, she was crying. They told us that there was no elderly woman on the 10th floor. We knew there was an elderly woman there, so we went back on the 10th floor and she was gone.
The next night I heard someone crying again but it was coming from the outside the hotel door. I went outside and I saw the elderly woman again. I asked if she was ok and she never replied. The look on her face was indescribable. Her eyes looked as if her body wasn't there but her energy was. She stood up, and it seemed like she was elevated 5 inches off the ground when she stood up. She slowly floated down the hallway and entered into a room. I wasn't as scared, but more interested in finding out who she is and if she's ok.
That night I didn't sleep and I never heard her again for the two weeks I was staying there. One day I was researching the world's most haunted hotels and sure enough, the Emily Morgan was mentioned. It said that the top three floors where used as a hospital. To me that explain a lot considering what she was wearing.
