In the New Testament there is one account of a boy who was possessed by demons. The demons would make the boy throw himself down on sharp rocks, and causing injuries.
I'm not sure how children can become that way. I suspect it has something to do with the parents.
I don't know where, but I vaguely recall that some of these possessed children would prophecy for others, for a fee of course.
In the case of the boy, Jesus cast out those demons. I still have trouble understanding how children get that way. It just doesn't seem right.
