Ghost in the Bathroom Picture

My Friend and Me
This picture was taking in the toilet of a local bar. There was just myself, my friend and a lady who took this picture. There was no smoke in the bathroom and the lady was only two feet away when taking the picture.
If you look at the picture closely, it is very easy to make out what appears to be three distinct figures of skulls. One appears to be darker almost black compared to the other two.
I would greatly appreciate it if anybody with any experience of these things could have a look at this and tell me what's going on, what's there.
If it's benign or malevolent I don't know. It just looks scary.
