Bright Blur

This picture was taken back in 1996 in Arcadia, LA. My parents had sent me to a girl's home for troubled youth. I've always heard of ghost stories from people there, but never encountered it myself. I've posted this picture up since a few of my friends have made comments about the bright blur. To be honest, I really never put that much thought into it at all. I just figured it was from my Polaroid camera or from the sun. I really don't remember much. I'm just curious about this picture.
