While reading your story,I came across an idea.I do belive there was paranormal activity in your house,but I don't think it was a ghost.The incidents started when your sister hit her head,right?A theory goes that paranormal activity can be caused by the mind.It is possible that your sister,after experiencing trauma(from hitting her head)awoke some of that power.It is just a theory,but there were cases such as that,and the fact that she was sick a lot of the time enforces it.After healing her head an relaxing a bit,the paranormal activities went away.
A girl was once raped by her boyfriend.Soon,she began having seizures,and strange events started happening.Objects flew around,water in a metal bucket started to boil and such.The priest didn't help.After a while,the activities suddenly stopped.It sounds similar to your story.That's all I wanted to say.

well, callum i read ur story and it is very interesting, i live in a very old house and the home is extremley haunted, we believe there are at least 3 ghosts present we have severly pics of orbs and plenty of activity, anyone who stays in the house is truly convinced.

I feel sorry for M. That must of been tragic for her to experience that at such a young age. I know you are glad that spirit is gone.
