It's just the light reflecting off the different shapes of the sofa, just like when people say they see stuff in the clouds, just you making shapes out of different things.

I agree with the statement (C'mon) wrote.. This is a reflection of whatever the white thing is sitting next to the guy that is getting up, onto the leather couch. It just so happens that the couch had a crinkle in it that when the picture was taken with the reflection created an illusion that the "Grim Reaper" was sitting next to the guy. In other words... Matrixing.
