Ghost Sighting in Gustine California

I was driving on Sullivan Road. I started to enter the freeway going North on I-5 and I saw a man on a motorcycle. He had a pony tail, ape hanger handle bars and was wearing a poncho all flapping in the wind. I hit my brakes so I wouldn't hit him and he went right through my car.

That is when I realized he was ghost. It was the 2nd weekend of September.
