Ghost Picture? Unexpected Guest at the Hospital

My family member was in a transplant unit at a hospital recently. I took these two pictures approximately 30 seconds from each other. I moved slightly between pictures but no flash was used in either picture. The first one is clear. The second one seems to have some window reflection on it but there is a dark figure in the background. There was no one behind me at the time. Comments and analysis would be helpful. Everyone I have shown this to have been creeped out.
